MAJOR MUSEUM PATRON
The TotalEnergies Foundation programme covers the solidarity actions carried out every day throughout the world by TotalEnergies, its subsidiaries and its Corporate Foundation. The company wants to contribute to the dynamism of its host countries by supporting young people in particular. With its partners, it is active in four areas: education and integration of young people; road safety; climate, coasts and oceans; cultural dialogue and heritage. It involves its employees, who can devote up to three days a year of their working time to community service. TotalEnergies Foundation thus contributes to the Company's commitment to corporate citizenship.
With 150 nationalities among its employees, TotalEnergies is a local player that contributes to social cohesion in the 130 countries where it is present. In addition, TotalEnergies Foundation aims to strengthen community life and empower young people through culture and heritage, which are sources of mutual understanding and emancipation. Our areas of action:
- Supporting artistic creation with social impact, by and for young people
- Valuing cultural diversity to encourage openness to others
- Preserving heritage, a source of pride, a witness to local history and a source of socio-economic dynamism
In this context, the Total Foundation regularly supports the quai Branly-Jacques Chirac Museum, becoming a major sponsor in 2009. In 2021, this will be reflected in its support for the exhibition La Part de l'Ombre. Sculptures from South-West Congo.
